Magic happened again for Seven – Dynamo: Magician Impossible (3rd – 968,000) the highest rating non-News for the night and again showing that late in the week there’s little for audiences to connect with. The only exceptions are things like Upper Middle Bogan (9th – 823,000) and It’s A Date (11th – 744,000) which together offered The Footy Show(s) (8th – 866,000) some stiff competition at 8:30pm. Brisbane has become the swing voter for the 6pm News battle – whoever wins that market is now winning the night.
