The biggest night of the televisual year so far, with Seven’s Tennis: 2013 Aust Open – Men’s Final (Game: 2nd – 2,078,000; Presentation: 1st – 2,180,000) offering a stellar showdown and a great result in the ratings. Even a repeat of Revenge (3rd – 1,646,000) benefits as a follow on. MasterChef The Professionals (10th – 718,000) struggled against the Tennis, and it won’t be the last time this seaso but it does help lift it to third place overall. During the day it was all about the wind, rain and weather, so that altered some of the daily figures.
