Primary Channels
Friday nights don’t really offer viewers too much any more. Better Homes and Gardens win the night for Ch7, with New Tricks for ABC1 snapping at it’s heels for overall programming. After that, it’s a fairly prompt slide into not much of a care…

The strong showing from ABC1 slides it into a third-but-very-nearly-second place to Ch9, with Ch7 winning the night.
Digital Multi-channels
The first weeknight in a while that Neighbours hasn’t come first overall – instead Escape to the Country on 7Two took the honour. A good showing by Mad Max on GO! helped spread the love. Again a big night for the digital multi-channels – the top 3 (GO! – 5.6%, 7Two – 5.3% & Eleven – 4.4%) holding 15.3% of the night’s share between them. People are starting to pay attention.
The good showing from GO! helped the 9 Network lift their meagre ratings, but not enough to beat the 7 Network, which owned the night on consolidated figures.
