The law of diminishing returns as S04 of Revenge (14th – 720,000) premiered to its lowest opener yet. Nine’s Gallipoli (21st – 527,000) falls out of the Top 20 for the first time after E04 – are people not interested, find it too brutal, or have they seen it on Stan already? The ABC’s Monday night remains the most consistent of all the FTA networks: 7:30 (10th – 812,000), Australian Story (12th – 773,000), Four Corners (11th – 775,000), Media Watch (13th – 736,000) & Q&A (20th – 547,000). The 87th Annual Academy Awards (27th – 361,000) dominated daytime viewing for Nine.
