Primary Channels

Well this is something we’ve not had in a while – a tie. Channels 7 & 9 brought it home together, largely due to Ch7’s new Thursday line up of Four Weddings and Beauty and the Geek Australia. Both delicious, too. Hamish and Andy’s Gap Year went up again, just in time for their last episode of the series next week, carried off the back of a Big Bang Theory triple. ABC1’s Crownies way down by comparison to the other shows in the 8:30pm timeslot – even Channel 10’s Rush was well clear, though not close to the others.

Timeslot winners (nationally):
6:00pm: Seven News – Ch7
6:30pm: Today Tonight – Ch7
7:00pm: Home and Away – Ch7
7:30pm: The Big Bang Theory (eps 1 & 2) – Ch9
8:30pm: Beauty and the Geek Australia – Ch7
9:30pm: The NRL/AFL Footy Shows – Ch9

Channel 7 and Channel 9 tied for the win (21.5%), ahead of Channel 10 (16.2%) and ABC1 (10.8%).

Digital Multi-channels

A big night for 7Two and 7mate, offering the former the win. The 7 Network won across all channels on consolidated figures.
