The X Factor Australia (1st – 1,526,000) again smashes it out of the park, confirming we’re all suckers for seeing audition shows. Winners and Losers (8:30pm 4th – 1,160,000; 9:30pm 8th – 1,069,000) follows on strongly to bring home the bacon for Ch7 for the evening. Ch9 does pretty well with Big Brother (9th – 1,017,000) as the highest non-News programming at 7pm. All eyes weren’t on Ch10 however, with I Will Survive (23rd – 506,000) debuting softer than Everybody Dance Now did. That’s not a great record given the recent dumping of EDN. May we all live in interesting televisual times.
