A big Sunday night, with the winner’s falling as one might expect. The Block (1st – 1,678,000), MasterChef Australia (5th – 1,330,000) & Downton Abbey (3rd – 1,530,000) win their timeslots – a gamble paying off for Ch7 in delaying the start of season two of the Abbey. Dancing With The Stars (6th – 1,232,000) doing well (anything over one million is good business) but not winning it’s timeslots is not good news for the franchise. The Mentalist (11th – 814,000) & Touch (15th – 602,000) struggling to deliver the 8:30pm ratings expected of them – a shame as both series are great products.
