All the usual suspects drawing the big numbers – My Kitchen Rules (1st – 1,803,000) & The Block All Stars (2nd – 1,266,000) – and the noted exception is Ch9’s post 8:30pm offering (for the record, it was the first Sherlock Holmes movie, replacing Parade’s End). Last Resort (8:30pm: 10th – 685,000; 9:30pm: 20th – 515,000) doesn’t benefit in the same way as other shows following MKR – half the audience left them, but it’s still the most popular show in the 8:30pm slot. Mr and Mrs Murder (14th – 606,000) & Shaun Micallef’s Mad As Hell (16th – 598,000) do pretty well considering. QI (9th – 767,000) the best of ABC1’s Wednesday comedy night.
