The X Factor Australia (1st – 1,662,000) was always going to win again, if only for the continuation of the home visits and the first signs of who will make the final 12 for the upcoming live shows. Winners and Losers (3rd – 1,135,000) plays strong off the back of it also, while again Big Brother (5th – 1,071,000) is beaten at 7pm by ABC News (4th – 1,095,000) but leads the commercial networks at 7pm.

It gets very dry after that very quickly. Poh’s Kitchen Lends A Hand (19th – 499,000) does as good as it can on its premiere episode against X Factor; Anger Management (20th – 483,000) and Episodes (27 – 354,000) both struggle. I Will Survive (30th – 336,000) only adds to the woes of Ch10. Ch7 very clearly burning off the 15 episodes of season one of Smash (9:30pm 26th – 363,000; 10:30pm 40th – 218,000).
