The second last episode of Recruits performed well for Channel 10 on what is normally a quiet night on TV – and showed again that coupled with a repeat of Bondi Vet Ch10 can program well (when they have the content). Fittingly the 7:30pm Report was up due to Kerry O’Brien’s final hosting gig on it. Friday’s episode is a tribute to Kerry & his reign at the front of one of the country’s consistently solid current affairs shows. Also good work from The 7pm Project again – keep that up. Rake slid a little, but still doing well (and it’s new content for the non-ratings period – get involved now!). That Meet The Fockers slid into the top 10 for Channel 7 simply shows that the networks aren’t really taking their programming too seriously this side of Christmas.
