Primary Channels

This Sunday was bigger than we’ve seen in a while, with 7 shows over 1m – only 1 of them drama however. Modern Family was down, Biggest Loser: Families was down, but Sunday Night was up slightly. News & current affairs, it seems, is a more than fickle business. Harry’s Law debuts reasonably for Ch9 (buried at 9:30pm) with 762,000 – only marginally behind the timeslot winner in Castle. Hawaii Five-O down on last week too. Not a great one for Ch10, it seems.

Timeslot winners (nationally):
6:00pm: Seven News – Ch7
6:30pm: Sunday Night – Ch7
7:30pm: 60 Minutes – Ch9
8:30pm: Bones – Ch9
9:30pm: Castle – Ch7

No surprises Channel 7 were the winner for the evening.

Fast-tracking The Amazing Race is proving to be helpful for 7mate – the consolidated figures on the show will be telling, as it’s likely recorded a lot so that people can watch other things and consume this at a later time. It’s GO!’s night though with 6 shows in the Top10.

The great start by GO! only helps ward off a slaughter by the 7 Network as the nightly winner (1.8% on the 9 Network).
