Tough night for Seven, though viewers low across the board. The Hotplate (6th – 942,000) the highest non-News, with The Great Australian Spelling Bee (8th – 801,000) not far behind. Kevin McCloud’s Escape to the Wild (9th – 763,000) sealed it nicely for ABC at 8:30pm, bumping Winners and Losers (ep1: 18th – 570,000; ep2: 17th – 574,000) well out of the way.
