While Friday night continues to be a slow night content wise, London Live (Evening: 1st – 1,427,000; Early Evening: 2nd – 1,379,000) continues to draw all the eyes available. Seven’s AFL: Friday Night Football (15th – 501,000) isn’t drawing big crowds, and neither is ABC1’s Silent Witness (11th – 621,000). The real win for Ch9 is the lift for Nine News (3rd – 1,136,000) nationally. The only way NRL fans got to see the early game tonight was to flip to GEM, where it pulled 291,000 viewers – not great, but the highest rating digital multi-channel program for the night nonetheless.
