Primary Channels

Ummm… Wow. Everyone wanted to see what the trainers weighed on Biggest Loser: Families obviously – a big overall win at 1.326m. The News battle continues, with Ch9 pipping Ch7, and 6PM with George Negus dropping just below 400K. Ouch. Breakfast television showed it not only loves a good disaster, but is great at delivering coverage of them with Sunrise scoring outstanding ratings in 732K (18th for the night). The Today Show wasn’t shabby either by it’s standards – 516K (26th), but it seems everyone continued the trend from the night before and turned to Ch7. Perhaps that’s because they didn’t change the channel when they turned off their TV Wednesday night. Good national figures for new eps of CSI & How I Met Your Mother only made the battle for the night harder – Ch7 beating Ch7, Ch10 hot on their heels. Ch7 also won the night overall on consolidated figures.

Digital Multi-channels

Thursday is Neighbours night, another solid win. A fairly even spread of programs meant the digital mult-channels were a packed bunch on the podium – with Eleven taking it’s first night win since launching. 7mate and GO! hot on it’s heels.
