[I managed to score last night’s figures – and am hoping this becomes an additional regular source. The ratings don’t stop being collected outside official ratings periods, thank goodness!]
Thursday nights are an interesting one – Channel 10 again prove their factual double of Bondi Vet & the 2nd last ep of this year’s season of Recruits deliver consistently well for them in the 7:30pm slot. News is still a dominant force (with an interesting note that for SEQ numbers A Current Affair actually came second beating Today Tonight, but Nine News was actually 5th in by comparison to national numbers). The 8:30pm numbers are most telling – new episodes of Rush and Rake absolutely caned Warnie (reportedly in at circa 0.450!)… however with the latter rested for the next couple of weeks a mid-season retooling may be in order (for the cynics there’s only 4 episodes left from this commissioned series).
I know it’s non-ratings period, but… again with the Two and a Half Men, people?! Really??!!
