The final game of the regular season of One Day cricket – Australia v Sri Lanka Game 12 Session 2 (5th – 905,000) did OK for Channel 9 (noting it was on GEM live in SYD/BNE and then delayed on the primary channel), but not as good as Better Homes and Gardens (4th – 993,000) on Channel 7. Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries (7th – 868,000) down a little on last week but still solid, and it’s such a great series. The first Nine’s Live Friday Night Football (10th – 611,000) did OK considering it was only shown in two metro markets (“national” rugby league). Channel 9 benefit from the cricket to have Nine News (1st – 1,138,000) win the 6pm race.
