It’s March, and the NRL season is back. Sadly only broadcast into NSW & Qld (and only live in NSW) Nine’s Thursday Night Football (11th – 710,000) still performed respectably though didn’t win a timeslot. My Kitchen Rules (1,683,000) down slightly on the night before though still 450,000 ahead of the nearest program – expect Monday night’s show to be massive with the first show down cook-off/elimination. In possibly a sign of the times, The Footy Show NRL () performed very poorly, even off the back of the first game of the season – perhaps no one cares anymore?

Timeslot winners (nationally):
6:00pm: Seven News – Ch7
6:30pm: Today Tonight – Ch7
7:00pm: ABC News – ABC1
7:30pm: My Kitchen Rules – Ch7
8:30pm: Grey’s Anatomy – Ch7
9:30pm: Desperate Housewives – Ch7

Channel 7 won the night (25.3%), followed by Channel 9 (21.9%), Channel 10 (11.4%) & ABC1 (9.8%).
