Stace was lucky(?!) enough to be put on a plane and sent down to Sydney to see if she could get into one of the Oprah tapings. She made it! We talked about that a little and the benefit of Oprah being in Australia and then heading to Fiji for a holiday of her own. By the way, Hey Hey it’s Saturday got cancelled, no matter what anyone else tells you.
Shane Warne proved this week that all news is great self-promotional news when you’re flogging a television show. For what it’s worth – Shane Warne + Liz Hurley = Shurley. That’s as nice as I’ll speak of this week’s show (Ricky Ponting embarrassed himself, and Warnie did no better). We also talked ratings, Susan Boyle, MasterChef, Dating in the Dark, Bogans in the Dark – you know – all the usual topics.
