TV Guide for week ending 18/08/12

After so very little, we now have SO MUCH STUFF TO WATCH!!!

Channel 9 are laying it on think with everything they’ve been plugging incessantly for the last fortnight: Big Brother, Underbelly:Badness, Anger Management, Farmer Wants A Wife: Love Bites, Dallas and Howzat! Kerry Packer’s War. If you watch naught else from Ch9, bunker in for the nostalgic ride of Howzat!

Channel 10 have a few up their sleeve too: Everybody Dance Now, Puberty Blues, Class Of…, Can Of Worms, House Of Lies, Don’t Tell The Bride and I Will Survive:Priscilla. Puberty Blues is a joy to behold, and Can of Worms with added Chrissie Swan should be delicious.

Channel 7 are more in wind down mode preparing for their release of The X Factor Australia by clearing the decks of Once Upon A Time and The Amazing Race Australia, but the are re-starting a couple of new things: Cougar Town and Hung.

Adam Liaw’s new travel/food show Destination Flavour also starts this week, and there’s two cracking series starting on ABC2: The Undateables and Kane and Disabled. Both awesome for entirely opposite reasons. We bid farewell too Gruen Sweat, but then prepare for the imminent arrival of Gruen Planet next week, so it’ll be like it never left.
