Week 15 only brings us one new show… which adds to the odds being significantly stacked in Channel 7’s favour again. Logies nominations are out today too (hacks), and it’s from these nominees we get to see the real state of Australian TV. As far as the industry sees it.

We are getting quickly towards the business end of both My Kitchen Rules and Biggest Loser: Families, which will open significant holes in the programming line up for Ch7 & Ch10 respectively. The latter has MasterChef Australia waiting to drop, but Ch7 surely has something waiting. Surely. They wouldn’t start the year this strong with nothing to come… right?

We finally get to see Heston’s Mission Impossible, and enjoy the latest TV series from this gastronomic guru. Such a great premise: Each week Heston works in an industry/situation where food is known for not being great. This week’s ep – British Airways (fixing plane food). It will be spectacular.

The newly moved 6:30pm with George Negus launches on Monday, and it’s sure to put the wind up A Current Affair and Today Tonight accordingly. ABOUT. TIME. I’m just glad that Ch10 have stuck with the program instead of axing it prematurely.

Britain’s Missing Top Model has it’s final episode air this Wednesday night – we already have a winner, but now it’s time for the winner to face up to the modelling agencies… will they hire a girl with a physical deformity to walk the catwalk next to a completely able-bodied girl?
