There’s at least four things good about this news, and the most obvious one is that Andrew Rochford gets a regulars guernsey on the most relaxed and enjoyable lifestyle show on television. That Amanda, Barry, Miguel & Chris are returning is also great news. From the press release:
The Living Room is back in 2013, returning to Friday nights with a fun and informative mix of lifestyle and entertainment television. Audience favourites Amanda Keller, Chris Brown, Miguel Maestre and Barry du Bois are returning for season two, but this time they’ll be introducing some new faces to The Living Room family.
The Living Room will once again dish up huge servings of all the big issues of our lives, and for season two, it will be joined by TEN’s own Andrew Rochford, gardener Lilly Van Epen and financial expert Jason Cunningham.
Andrew will be offering his expertise in all things health related. He’s putting the nation’s health at the top of his agenda and is on a mission to improve our wellbeing – and help us look and feel better with our clothes on and off!
Lilly will be getting her hands dirty in the garden, working alongside our resident renovator Baz. With qualifications in horticulture, and landscape construction and design, our “Jill of all trades” will be providing practical and inspiring ideas to improve your garden.
Jason makes his television debut as our resident money-man. He wants to help people realise their financial potential and will be on hand with top tips and ideas to make money, save money and improve your bank balance.
The team have been renovating over summer and they can’t wait to reveal the new look The Living Room. Boasting the best food, travel, celebrity, renovation, gardening and money stories, this season is bigger and better than ever, packed full of ideas to watch on Friday and try on Saturday. And there will be more celebrity chat, from home-grown talent to international stars.
And let’s not forget the HOT or NOT segment: each week the team will be showcasing the latest gadgets, gizmos, products and trends from around the world.
