Season 1 of Beauty and the Geek Australia was a bit out of the box. Season 2 took it to a whole other level with a very interesting selection of Geeks and Beauties… the more outrageous the better. So, from a very direct fan of the show to all prospective applicants: Bring it.

If you’re a Beauty – boobs out, butt out, brain out.
If you’re a Geek – Know. Your. Stuff. A real geek hasn’t kissed a girl. Don’t pretend – we’ll know. Be true to your nerdy self.

Just please – PLEASE – don’t come expecting anything more than playing to stereotypes. That’s not what this game is about. From the press release:

Seven’s reality hit Beauty and the Geek Australia will return for a third series later this year.

Following in the footsteps of last year’s amazing makeovers and personal transformations, applications are now open for a third round of unlucky-in-love geeks to team up with some beautiful partners to help overcome their social shyness.

All beauties and geeks are invited to apply by going to the official website and filling out the application form at: www.beautyandthegeek.com.au

Last year’s winners Michael Price and Jessie Byrne took home $100,000 along with some unlikely new heartfelt friendships.

Michael says, “I learnt that looking good takes a lot of hard work and that good looks don’t always make life easy for people. Most importantly I learned that confidence and a willingness to go out of my comfort zone will help me achieve much more than I would otherwise ever be able to do.”

Jessie encourages all fun-loving girls eager to help others and change themselves for the better to apply and follow in her footsteps.

“I loved how there was never a dull day in the mansion. There was always something exciting going on! I’d do it all over again if I could,” she says.

In the ultimate social experiment, the glitzy girls and genius guys will live together and be teamed up as they compete in hilarious and heart-warming challenges to test their intellect and social skills. Along the way they’ll grow and learn as they battle it out for $100,000.

Applicants must be aged over 18.

The third series of Beauty and the Geek Australia will premiere on Seven later this year.
