The Block (2nd – 1,012,000) cements its place as Ch9’s 7pm reality winner again. It’s won the slot every night this past week and looks likely to maintain it. Nine News (3rd – 994,000) struggled nationally, but still won the key markets of SYD & MEL. A big game of rugby league saw Nine’s Friday Night Football (5th – 914,000) take the win over Seven’s AFL: Friday Night Football (10th – 711,000) (only accounting for primary channel broadcast figures). Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries (7th – 848,000) continues to perform well on Friday nights, so much so that the ABC have announce a second series already. Neighbours, though the highest rating digital multi-channel show for the night, didn’t break 250,000.
