Three big premieres do pretty well for their respective networks: The X Factor (1st – 1,633,000), Big Brother (4th – 1,309,000) & Please Marry My Boy (10th – 861,000). X Factor celebrated a bigger start than last year so maybe all the promo paid off? Ten all but vanishing again with their highest rating program Ten News At Five (17th – 744,000), followed by the big loser MasterChef Australia (18th – 684,000).

Channel 7 won the night (24.3%), followed by Channel 9 (23%), ABC1 (14.3%) & Channel 10 (10%).
