A big night for ABC1 – both New Tricks (3rd – 851,000) and Spooks (7th – 619,000) winning their timeslots and helping the ABC to a strong result for Saturday night. Movies slid into a second place behind ABC drama and Australia’s Funniest Home Videos (5th – 666,000), and Weekend Sunrise (18th – 337,000) performed very strongly again. NRL and AFL gets big results on subscription TV again.
