Though Anh Does Vietnam (3rd – 1,317,000) doesn’t soar to the heights of last week, and is beaten by 60 Minutes (2nd – 1,341,000), it still delivers strongly for Ch7 so expect more from him in 2013. At 8:30pm the outcome is a little more brutal: House Husbands (5th – 1,040,000) leads Jack Irish: Bad Debts (6th – 950,000) and Bones (9th – 853,000), with Homeland (14th – 633,00) suffering by association & pretend “Fast-tracking”. Big Brother (8th – 863,000) performs reasonably but struggles against Sunday Night (1st – 1,354,000). The excellent new series Vegas (27th – 286,000) almost vanishes from sight, though The New Normal (16th – 488,000) fares a little better in an earlier timeslot. Super Sunday 2.0? Not so super ratings-wise.

Channel 7 won the night (22.8%), followed by Channel 9 (21.6%), ABC1 (14.9%) & Channel 10 (11.8%).
