As expected, the Rugby League Grand Final (1st – 2,179,000) was massive business for Nine but not gonna get close to last week’s AFL Grand Final. Again The X Factor Australia Live Performance>/b> (2nd – 1,246,000) pops up with serious numbers and the knock on effect for Seven is as good as it’ll get against a Grand Final. Kakadu (9th – 699,000) premieres OK considering its competition; the new Modern Family (13th – 562,000) is the best Ten can offer with Elementary all but vanishing from sight.
