Ratings are back, baby (until the end of the year), & don’t we know it. Everybody lining everything up for the first couple of nights like their lives depend on it – and for Channel 10 they probably do.
While it’s new episodes of pretty much everything for ABC1 (a big welcome back to The Roast, now delivering 10 minute episodes every weeknight on ABC2), Seven & Ten, it’s Nine who are going large with new product this week – and for them, it’s the biggest they got. Sunday starts with the return of The Voice Australia for its second season followed by the 55th Annual Logie Awards in a delayed live broadcast from Melbourne. This is followed by the season two premiere of House Husbands on Monday, the the long awaited premiere of new US thriller The Following.
Despite big episodes of My Kitchen Rules it looks already to be Nine’s week.
As a late-night surprise, check out Comedy Up Late on ABC2 each night at 10:30pm for a marvellous show hosted by Lawrence Mooney and featuring some of the cream from the talent bank from the 2013 Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
