The long-awaited return of RocKwiz is finally upon us, and the the new series heralds not only a great new bunch of episodes but also a tenth year of the cult music offering for SBS one. RocKwiz is back with its biggest season to date including internationally renowned acts including folk legend Judy Collins, five time Grammy award winning blues and roots artist Ziggy Marley, and the ever charming Aussie songstress Missy Higgins all set to take the stage.

The delightful Julia Zemiro, Brian Nankervis, human scoreboard Dugald and the talented RocKwiz Orkestra will yet again bring the Gershwin Room at the legendary Esplanade hotel in St Kilda to life in Australia’s original music trivia show.

Emerging from behind the plush red velvet curtains to wow RocKwiz audiences this year are also some of the biggest names in the business with special performances from female singer songwriters Julia Stone, Gossling and Emma Louise.

With its finger on the thumping pulse that is the Australian music industry RocKwiz season ten will feature performances by some of the country’s fastest rising talents such as 360, Husky and Jordi Davieson.

RocKwiz continues to pride itself on paying homage to the bastions of Australian rock and this season is no exception with appearances from Joe Camilleri, John Williamson, and Jim Keays.

The new season will feature the usual display of rock nerdery, comedy, and music trivia as the music world’s cream of the crop and contestants drawn from the audience play off for nothing more than the honour of winning.
