I couldn’t do a dinner party to save myself, unless pizza or cheezels count. This is a great use of the oft overlooked Ed Halmagyi by Better Homes and Gardens, and hopefully a sign of some good shake ups coming in 2012 with the move of the show to account for the AFL. From the press release:
Are you planning a big dinner celebration but don’t know where to start? A special occasion like a milestone birthday, a wedding anniversary, maybe you want to pop the big question, or you just want to impress someone special on Valentine’s Day? Perhaps you’re organising a function for your local school or community organisation?
Fast Ed and BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS are here to help make your occasion unforgettable with Dinner Party Rescue.
Tell us what event you’re planning and you could have Fast Ed cooking for you! He’ll work with you to design a menu to suit your needs, travel to you to help prepare the meal and provide useful tips to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the night.
Go online now to bhg.com.au, click on the Dinner Party Rescue link to register your details, and Fast Ed could be coming to your place in 2012.
Mate, do you mean to say that you haven’t found a single recipe in DINNER AT NELSON’s that you can make for the Lovely Wife??? 😉
Nelson, there’s LOTS of great recipies in your book – my execution of them, however, leaves a LOT to be desired. Expectations high, skill level low (thus pizza and cheezels).
Your assignment, if you choose to accept it, is to prepare one of MY (not the guest chefs’) recipes as a holiday treat for aforementioned Lovely Wife. This posting will self destruct in………..
That’s actually not a bad challenge, considering it’s our 10th wedding anniversary on Thursday… best get onto it! 🙂
YAY! Happy Anniversary!! I sense a theme: “Decade of Decadence,” mayhaps??
