A true phenomenon is about to be unleashed on Australia. Starting tonight the first Danger 5 webisode will be released on their YouTube Channel – the first in a series of five – as a stand alone precursor to the full 30 min multi-episode series to air on SBS one in 2012 (the TV series will be independent of the prologue webisodes).

The brain child of Dario Russo and David Ashby and featuring a cast of relative unknowns, Danger 5 delivers deliciously tongue-in-cheek special effects and a serious 1960’s tone. Danger 5 stands to be one of the most enjoyably obtuse shows coming in 2012. How often do you get to see Hitler leading an army of dinosaur/human mutants into battle against everyone?
