After weeks of frenzied cooking, there's so much to remember and so much to forget. Nic, Rocco, Carly, Emily - My Kitchen Rules 2012

My Kitchen Rules - Sun-Tue 7:30pm, Ch7 http://au.tv.yahoo.com/my-kitchen-rules/ Kitchen HQ is still on fire, but that's OK as the place is well insured. Last night we saw lots of grunting, chopping and passive aggression from Megan & Andy and Leigh & Princess Jen. The SA girls triumphed over the Tasmanian couple as there are no OzTAM boxes in our island state and so to include them in a state v state final is pointless. Besides, they didn't serve any gravel in their food. They're the two favourite teams of the competition so the montage has to reflect just how much they're loved. The final four teams - My Kitchen Rules 2012

My Kitchen Rules - Mon-Thu 7:30pm, Ch7 http://au.tv.yahoo.com/my-kitchen-rules/ Chop, chop, chop, chop. We've halved the contestant roster and now with four teams to go (and four episodes including this one) we're on song for a finish of gargantuan proportions. I'm hoping it involves Steve dressed as a giant Stay Puft Marshmallow Man stumbling through New York with an intention to destroy Manhattan. Who ya gonna call? It doesn't really matter as it's never gonna happen... or is it? Kitchen HQ - My Kitchen Rules 2012

My Kitchen Rules - Mon-Thu 7:30pm, Ch7 http://au.tv.yahoo.com/my-kitchen-rules/ The teams are cooking for the first time in Kitchen HQ, which can mean only one thing - we're just not sure what that is yet. Competitive cooking will be the winner on the night, that's for sure. As it's the first time cooking in Kitchen HQ, everyone gets to tell us that this is their first time cooking in Kitchen HQ.
