As expected, not only does My Kitchen Rules (Winner revealed 1st – 2,675,000; Finale 2nd – 2,186,000) absolutely smash it, but the carry over into Pictures of You (3rd – 1,639,000) is ideal for a tease of a great show that will return after the Easter ratings break. Nothing was going to beat MKR last night so interesting to see the networks not even try to schedule against it. What was heartening to see was Country Town Rescue (16th – 582,000) debut amidst the chaos and do OK – if you missed it, catch it on iview as it’s a great documentary series. Repeats of NCIS (8:30pm 14th – 646,000; 9:30pm 18th – 561,000) helped Ch10 to a rare second place, albeit distant to Ch7’s massive share for the night.
