Scorpion (11th – 561,000) struggles for Ten though the new episode of Modern Family (7th – 718,000) provides their highlight for the night, beating Seven. Part 1 of the long-delayed Fleming: The Man Who Would Be Bond (10th – 595,000) wins 8:30pm for ABC, shunting NCIS: New Orleans (13th – 539,000) and Gotham (8:30pm: 14th – 527,000; 9:30pm: 18th – 393,000) out of the way.
